I'm on a roll

I could go back through years of photos that hold a special place in my heart. To be honest, few of them are much to look at for the average person. 

The wonderful thing about photographs, is that the beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

 I was once told by someone that a photographer only has to take the photo the way that they see it. There are no mistakes, only intentions. I can look back at a few of my photos and can see what the intention for the photograph was, but the skill was lacking.

 I am so excited to improve my technique and learn tricks to enhance the photographs that I do take!

Hello world of blogging....

My first blog posting, so exciting… My intentions are for this to follow me as I begin my first photgraphy workshop and as I grow into a skilled photographer…
So first to tell you about me… I am a mother to two beautiful little girls!  I am a stay at home mom who has always been passionate about photographing loved ones. I am finally making much need time and taking this opportunity for me and my own passions.  My first few months here will be me sharing photos that I love from my past and hopefully some new ones as I learn some skills in my upcoming workshop! I have to admit, this blogging is pretty intimidating. These pictures may not have a lot of skill behind them but I do know there is alot of heart! I welcome all constructive feedback and advice if offered!
